MEIZU MX2 Official Release

Last day, MEIZU has released the MX2 officially in Beijing according to the plan, and the whole MX2 design was named J.Wong. MEIZU MX2 adopts 4.4-inch touch screen, 1.6GHz quad-core processor and Flyme 2.0 system based on Android 4.1. MX2 will be listed into the market in the middle of December, and the 16GB version will be charged for 2499 RMB.

Appearance

In term of appearance, largest promotion on MX2 is nothing better than cancelling the physical home button, which has been changed to virtual button. MEIZU named J.Wong as the new design on MX2. The official said that MX2 owned the world’s narrowest border, only 3.16mm. And the whole width of MX2 is 64.9 mm. As to the screen, MX2 adopts a 4.4-inch capacity touch screen with 1280 x 800 pixels, and pixel density can reach at 347PPI. And it is used the new generation New Mode 2 technology, and the screen contrast can reach at 1000:1.
Hardware

In term of hardware, MX2 is used the fifth generation MEIZU MX5S quad-core processor at 1.6GHz. The official claimed that the speed of MX5S has been promoted 20% than the former, and also matched up with a 2GB RAM, and 5 sensors. Moreover, MX2 supports HSPA+ network and Bluetooth 4.0. As to the battery endurance time, it can last about 330 hours in standby, 10-hour 3G call, 13-hour 2G talk and 6-hour HD video playback.

System and Camera

In term of system, MX2 is equipped with Flyme 2.0 based on Android 4.1, but has been increased 417 terms of new functions and made 2452 terms of interactive promotions. In addition, MEIZU will open the ROOT permission to the public. As to the camera, MX2 is be provided with an 8.0MP BSI main camera in the backside, which can support pan-shot and 1080P/30FPS video record. Except that, there will be a 720P level front camera.
